Certainly do a POPLA appeal. But if you have so far only complained within the shops, you must complain to their head offices, such complaints really need to go to the highest authority.
If your payments show up on bank statements, tell them that you have that evidence, should they require it. And send photos of fish.0 -
As stated in previous posts unfortunately I can't evidence any purchases hence when the shops were reluctant to help me.
