Form Thread Not Being Marked As Read

Hello,

I've noticed for a week or two that when I click in to a forum thread, and then go back to forum where it lists all threads users have created it doesn't mark it as read as it use to, so it looks like you've never clicked in to the thread at all.

So I've clicked on this thread and it's not being marked as read https://gyazo.com/275dc9ce28a048c8577471f0aec38162

That's just an example. It happens to all posts.

I think it may have been the cookies in the browser, I've logged out and logged back in and it's marked threads as read. I'll keep an eye on this.
