Excellent outcome, well done. As Coupon-mad would say:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

any idea how long they get to pay my costs? The judge told me on the day he will give them 21 days, but I didn't know whether its 21 days from the day of the hearing or when they receive notification of losing the case.
I was looking forward to contacting Gladstones with interest added to my costs....!

It must be from judgement day.

If Gladstones play their stupid games, you send in the court bailiffs.

I received a letter from the County Court informing me the claimant had until 28/6/19 to pay my costs. Unfortunately (but not surprisingly) they have failed to pay.

Any advice of what I need to do now?
