  • I've had same problem with Flow but eventually they resolved it.
    Where you input the meter readings on their website the day and night E7 readings were the wrong way round.

    It wasn't helped by meter being a Seimens electronic which only show the reading for the current time of day. One big button then allows the customer to scroll through a sequence of now....other day/night......total of both......time/date.....plus segment test (88888888).

    Worse still....day rate is labelled R1 and night rate is R4. 😀
    Never trust a financial institution.

    well I've just switched to green energy and I've gone with the economy seven switch and i'll tell the new supplier the problem after a few months.. hopefully things will get sorted ok from then on in! fingers crossed.
