    You will have to make it clear you are complaining about TNC, as a BPA member, and their misleading paperwork which breaches the BPA CoP about misleading information, and misrepresentation of authority.

    Don't just email about an IPC PPC...you need to word it as Umkomaas said.

    Just wanted to close this one out .. I've received nothing further from CPS Midlands regarding this ticket. The last threatening letter they sent to "advise client to issue a summons" was the last correspondence received. They may have given up!

    Maybe they have been reading this forum, most of the scammers do.

    We wait with baited breath to see if they issue a "so called summons"

    They do have up to 6 years ....... it probably is the end but just put it out of your mind and if they do come back, this forum is so designed to get them zapped anyway
