I'm trying to login to Cheap Energy Club but I seem to have forgotten my password, I've tried twice now on 2 separate days to recover my password but the email never arrives, I've doubled checked and it's not in my spam folder.

How can I get in touch with support to fix the issue? I can't see any support emails on the website.

I am attempting to update my current supplier details (eonNext) but the pull-down list does not include it, and I can’t input into the “other” section.  Help, please - what am I doing wrong?

EON Next is on the drop down list i have just checked.

Try logging out and clearing cookies and history/ use another browser .

Thanks JJ_Egan:  I did what you suggested and have found Eon Next, however, my tariff isn’t listed.  For clarification, I was an EDF customer, transferred (not by choice) to Eon Next, and their site doesn’t accommodate SuperFix June 2021 v2 (or any other version of SuperFix).  I can’t complete the search tariffs section properly, so seem stuck.  Eon Next are not responding to emails (I have sent two) and the advertised phone number (on bills and online) is unobtainable.  Their bills are indecipherable and meaningless, and I am now forced to pay monthly rather than quarterly.  What a shower!!

SuperFix June 2021 was an nPower tariff not EDF. nPower have merged with Eon. 
The merging is still ongoing and the SuperFix June 2021 tariff is still listed under nPower.
