Seller vs. supplier complaint/refund

I am trying to sort out a refund/replacement for a shed I bought on Argos.
Argos are claiming that as the supplier delivered it directly, it is the supplier who has to deal with it and not Argos.
Is this true?

Argos have to deal with it, but...
Sometimes it is easier to desl directly with the supplier rather than having Argos as a middle man.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Thank you everyone. That's what I thought, as this is what a lot of other places have stated. My husband is speaking to the supplier and Argos are asking us to message them when we get a response. So we are going backwards and forwards between companies!0

Are you claiming under a manufacturer/supplier warranty? Or claiming under your legal rights per the Consumer Rights Act 2015?0
