Yeah, you have 10 days i think to pay once your goods arrive, as soon as you have enough to pay off the bill pay it, as the money is your responsability if it gets lost etc, dont wait to get all the money in

I am an Avon Sales Leader and Rep. At the moment, to qualify for any commission on my team I have to place a personal order of just under £150 and my team has to have at least 5 people collectively placing over £600.
You are more commited as a sales leader and have to achieve the higher level of sales, and this become even higher as you go up the sales leader scale. Ther are a lot of people making very good money from this but despite what you may be told it is more or less a full time job at this level. I tried very hard and had no trouble recruiting reps but to move up you have to get people to be sales leaders which is very hard when they see they actually have to do some work!

Hi all,
I wondered how many reps on here post books without knocking and how many knock first. I'm a poster myself I can see the pros of knocking first and have experienced the cons of posting - not getting that many books back, having to go back lots etc. My reasons are that I always have my 2yr twin boys with me and it's just not practical to knock on every door. Also I'm not that confident yet with the whole knocking thing. I do knock to get books back.

Also any comments from customers would be appreciated.

I spoke to my Avon leader today and she said the things that i order in the hello tomroow dont count towards the £78 where i get commision. But a few people on here said that it does..

Do anyone know?

It counts towards the £78, but if you ordered £78 or more of HT items and nothing else, you'd still get zero commission.

If you order £78 in total inc say £20 of HT items, you'll get commission on the other £58.

If you order £77 of items in total, you'll get zero commission.

Re commission, do you get commission on the entire order total if its over £78? or just on the percentage that is over £78? Bit confused about this?

On the entire order, subject to them being items that do have commission as mentioned previously.
