  • Thanks!

I have to pay £15 for this campain, i ordered a few samles and things that were buy one get one free and they didnt go through as that :s

Its really hard for me to get customers as so far everyone knows someone else that does it. Does anyone know other ways i can attract them?

If i dont it works out that i am actually paying Avon to do this...

a friend of mine used to have avon parties she'd put afew cheap titbits out tell people to bring there own drink but tea and coffee were free she would do a raffle making up a small hamper and other small items as prizes and show people some samples of stuff and give everyone a book as they came in and bingo she got the sales and the customers beats going round door to door...:D and it gave me a night out used to be 7pm -9pm

    Plans for 2009

Woo hoo, didn't realise that :)

It's correct, but you won't get commission on those items.

You could try the party or make a basket up and raffle it off thats what i did to draw my customers in,i took my basket to the winner yesterday she was nearly in tears bless her.The woman that won it i have known her for years i went to school with her daughter,i was so pleased it was her shes a very nice lady and shes getting re-married and she got somthing off me out of every book.

  • It was so nice to see the smile on her face i nearly started crying when she nearly started, she was so chuffed i love doing avon and iv only been doing it for a few months.I have a load of people that order off me i have got my books back off 1 street and already im on £170-£180 in orders.

I would keep at it lil_miss_sunshine have you phoned your team leader up an dtold her just ask if you can do some different streets.when you get some customers it is well worth it.
  • See its fab! in fact you lot have quite inspired me to get my self in gear. I didn't do book four, half term meant I wouldn't get any orders from work! but I think I shall in put more books out this campaign

I have ordered the Cynthia Rowly perfume from Hello Tomorrow - only three at the 8 pound price, I wasn't sure whether I should order the free gift with it - I could tell if it came automatically? so I ordered it any way! I forgot to order samples it which is annoying but I am guessing the page will be scented in the book and I will get Samples next time!

I nearly bought the demo bag and then I thought NO! unnecessary spending! I have plenty of bags I can use!!!

but I am going to start using more of their products and promote them more at work.

am feeling quite positive about it all!

    Hi
Bit of a struggle reading the whole thread but lsounds like loads of sensible advice.
Where would I find out about becoming a sales rep and a sales leader, can you do both ?
Also what do the Area Sales manager's do. Are they also reps.
Can I find out of there are other reps in my area ?
    Thanks
