If you go online and add the items as credits you dont have to pay for them you have 90 days to send them back before they are added to your bill again.
We have just had someone change there mind when we have delivered it, i have just added it as a credit and knocking it off the amount we are going to pay Avon this time0 -
Hi everyone
What happens after the 90 days? Due to my own forgetfullness I have something due to be recharged on 25th of this month. Is it too late to return it?OD Girls On TourBarcelona 2008 - Dublin 20090 -
After 90 days i think you will have to keep it , although if someone else has ordered the same item recently use it from that invoice to get round it0

How is everyone doing with C3? I am on £193 sales so far... still have books to get in (most are non-orderers though so am tempting them with a free gift for new orders over £10 - first time I have done this!). My C4's go out sunday/monday to preschool and am offering 10% of profits to preschool funds.... don't know if anyone will order but we decided to try!0

Iv got books to get in on monday then back out and in again on wednesday and im on £1290

fingers crossed then!0

here's a tip what i used to do, if there was an offer like buy something from this page and get this for free... some of my customers told me they didnt want the free item, so i would order it anyway, and save it and at about the 4th book of the year i would have quite a few good items so i would give my best customers a little gift bag, or sell them on really cheaply and i always got a lot more orders for my 5th book onwards!!0

thats what I meant to ask you lot,
you know when Avon do buy one get one free across a selection of pages and they say you get the cheapest one free how do they know who ordered what? so if one cstomer orders some thing for 7 and something for 5 pounds and then another customer orders something for 4 and some thing for three pounds how does Avon know what to make the free item.
or do they only have certain prices on these pages so that can't happen?
cos I keep messing up BOGOF offers and I can't work out what I do wrong, I use the offer codes when I see them, but sometimes it still goes wrong.

Hi Buffy
Good question...... I just presumed they did like Boots and order things by price and give you every 3rd one free..? Maybe not now I've said that?
Arggghhh bums. I haven't been at all organised since Christmas and haven't got my books out yet and am going to be really rushed this campaign
I think I'll skip this campaign and really go for it for the next - I'll get the C4 books out now to existing custie for a week (early for C4 I know) and then use what I get back to canvas new houses
What do I do about ordering this campaign though? I know I need to order to get my paperwork (Hello Tomorrow etc) but will I be charged a fee if it's under a certain value. Can I just order a discontinued item too?

I just order one or two items (I only do every second campaign). If they are small enough they just put it in an envelope.OD Girls On TourBarcelona 2008 - Dublin 20090
