  • Go on Shortie..................take the bull by the horn and get em out lol .

It was bluddy freezing when I collected mine the night before Xmas eve but I went as soon as I got home from work before I even took my coat off.........otherwise I wouldnt have gone out again.

I keep saying to my daughter that if we can just survive through to March then it will get easier. I know when I did Avon last time when the kids were little ( about ten years ago) I gave up after getting stuck on ice in a small road. Luckily this time I have houses nearer to home. Brrrrr:snow_laug
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60
  • If its such a good business to be in, why the high turnover of representatives?

maybe some do it as a short term thing, maybe some dont put the effort in and dont get the returns...you have to work at it but it also helps to have the right patch...I had some roads near mine and did ok'ish but lets face it if you live in an area where by people are very affluent and buy clarins for instance or have the money for more expensive products you may not look at the avon book...

my best customers were on a large council house estate for instance....I think avon appeals to the average woman, so if you get the right patch it can really work well for you....and dont get me wrong it can be a hassle going out to collect or drop off if it's raining.
  • ps I also think it helps if you have the backing of a good area manager for support etc

I must fess up that this campaign I'm combining 1 and 2 (missed out 1 at the time) and am only going to drop to those who have ordered before and not knock at new houses.

I also started at campaign 17

We started at Campaign 15 I think, we've skipped the past two, meant to skip one but the next order is due on the 3rd apparently - oops.

Guess we'll go from second chance 2, and just order some 3 books this time.

Don't forget, the new perfume is a fiver off in Camp 2 aswell.... I'm going to use this as my 'special offer' plus the scratch card per £5 spend. I normally do the free gift on orders over £20 but this way I've got a 'cost free' offer, yay!

  • Im planning on trying to boost sales of perfume. Thought of of making my own flyer offering a free fragrance tester with each order.

Dont want to get loads and loads of testers though. Want to keep it to a minimum of 6/8.

I will deffo include Far Away and Rare gold as I know these are nice. Can anyone recommend some others that sell well or that you know have a nice whiff?

  • the trouble with Avon perfumes is that they don't last very long. well I find they don't. its funny a couple of my ladies like Rare gold too.

I must sort out my Avon *peers at box in the corner* and get a grip on making a plan to give to the neighbours.

3 definite houses, plus another three maybes plus plus five customers at work.

plus my Mum and My sister. my friends, about 3 I reckon - that would do Avon! not all the friends I have in the world.....

    hmmm. must make a plan.

Kantankrus Mare - that new Crystal one is nice and Pur B something or another. God I can't remember anything!

    mad rambling over
    xx

 I've still not got my C2 order out! Right, kicking my own bum here, it's on my todo list for tomorrow when in laws are round

I think the Crystal Aura is being discontinued, which I thought was nice seeing as I recently purchased the samples set and they sent me a full sized one in that, only to read in that campaign's Hello Tomorrow that it was being discontinued...
