You're out of contract with your TV looking at those prices.
You can save money by moving to Entertainment and if you need the kids channels and HD that's £10 for both, and Sky Cinema can come down to £10/£11 on a new contract, so there's a saving of at least £20 a month (more if you haggle and/or threaten to leave).
Note that if you're on the legacy HD package (which gives you Sky Sports F1) moving off your current package will mean you have to subscribe to that again (if you want it) separately from £18 for one Sports channel.0 -
thank you. if i can get a possible £20 a month (or more) saving i will certainly give them a call.0

I've just ran through a new customer order for Sky Entertainment, Entertainment HD, Sky Cinema, Sky ADSL broadband plus Sky Anytime Talk and the monthly price for 18 months is £55 plus a one off fee of £39.95 (£57.22 effective over 28 months) so you're paying getting on for double what you should be I'm afraid.
I've not included Sky Kids, that would cost another £5 a month on top.
Use that to renegotiate.0 -

Just got off the phone to retention's and they offered :-
Entertainment at £23
Sports at £22
Box sets and HD for free as in included above total £45 pm (18 month contract) versus £68 currently, including the price rises
Any one think this is OK ?
thanks

£810 for 18 months of TV imo is outrageous.0 -
I ask them to add Cinema to the package but retention's said no. in the end I got the package down to £40 pm and they restored a load of extra channels so a £28 pm saving i am happy
thanks
