NHS interview, will they honour holiday?

Indeed it is, which is what weekends an annual leave are for.Thank you for your helpful response, I am 31 years of age with a family. I think I have grown up enough to know that a break from stress is a sensible thing to do.
When I recruit people it is often for an urgent need, and I’d be put off if someone suggested that the stress of a degree would leave them needing weeks off, as a degree tends to be less stressful than many of the jobs it leads to. How long do you want off, and as others have said, will the normal gap while paperwork is sorted not be enough?0 -
They can absolutely go on the person who can start soonest. It was "It's grown up time now" comment, wasn't really needed. 3 months would be fine from the date of interview in April. I guess what i'm trying to figure out is whether they have to go on points or the person who can start the soonest.0
