Are you comparing like for like ? ie you were at home over Christmas for several days - January would have been a normal working month and you apartment empty during the normal working day. I would expect you to use more energy in December than January.

Want to save - cut those showers from 10 mins to 5 and have them during the off-peak hours 0130 - 0830 at this time of year.

I put the economy 7 on at night three days a week. Have 5 min showers, yes.
Only thing is im home most of the day

Also, do a comparison to find a cheaper supplier. Those rates you quoted look high.

you should leave it on and adjust input control accordingly, maybe that's why on the 'off' nights you are using more day units the next day.
