    ESA85A form for non-F2F WCA.

Quick question - for reassessment ESA, it is important to send medical evidence that was sent for first ESA assessment?

Example: ESA 2000 to 2003 with medical evidence.
ESA - 2003 to 2006 with medical evidence.

Should medical evidence be from 2003 to 2006 or 2000 to 2006?

    Thanks

Send all the evidence you have providing nothing contradicts the other. Why hold evidence back?

Neither the decision maker nor the Healthcare Professional will have immediate access to historic medical evidence you submitted for earlier claims (its in a big warehouse in the north of England - scanning didn't start in earnest until the last year or two) - so I'd advise you resubmit everything.

Although I very much doubt you were in receipt of ESA between 2000 and 2006 given the benefit didn't start until 2008!
