I’m on Plusnet mobile that piggybacks on the EE network.
For going on 3 months the local transmitter that serves the area where I live has been having intermittent signal outages at all times of the day so that I can’t make/receive calls/text or use the internet on my mobile.
There is a ‘Network service checker’ on the EE website and it says that they are aware of this problem, but no indication when they will fix it.
Now not only will Plusnet and EE customers be affected, but also BT mobile, Asda and Virgin mobile customers too.
Oh and ironically I’m a BT shareholder so I’m really suffering on two counts…
What can I/we do to get the problem fixed sooner rather than later?

Plusnet tech support staff should have access to an advanced version of the network service checker that should give details of any planned or ongoing work at that site, together with an estimate of any completion date.

There's not much you can do to speed things along that I can think of, even if you were a direct customer of EE.
