Well that's fine, but it's no longer available, replaced by the Issue 2 at 1.55%.
Jeez! & Sorry, I didn't realise they'd replaced it. I did open mine within a fortnight of new tax year as otherwise one wouldn't be able to use the full isa allowance this year!
I do now feel that the months I spent looking for the best new isa rates before new tax year started was well worth 1.47% extra interest even if I'm now gonna end up withdrawing the entire balance in the next couple of months!
2.4% appears to be top rate for isa now ( I've not checked small print)

Well that's fine, but it's no longer available, replaced by the Issue 2 at 1.55%.
It has a 1% bonus for regular savers still. So it pays 2.55% if you can save regularly.
The one Missy D has has the same condition to get the rate she mentioned. So they have only dropped it a little.
Not sure why Martin doesn't mention it in his guide (maybe I missed it).0 -
The AA have today created Issue 17 of their Internet Extra savings account at a lower interest rate (1.25%) than Issue 16 (1.4%).0

Post Office saving rate is 1.3% starting February, not 1.4%ss0

MSE says...
"Unusually for a current account with perks, you don’t have to switch your own account, or set up any direct debits, you can just open this account as an extra..."
Untrue if you believe TSB's own conditions: "To qualify for the switching offer and receive the £125 payment you must:
- Switch to TSB using the Current Account Switch Service by 23 November 2015
- Transfer all active credits and debits from your old account and close it
- Credit at least £500 to your new TSB account within 28 days of the switch completing and register a minimum of 2 active Direct Debits..."
Cannot see any other way to open this account that doesn't involve the £125 and switching...0 -

You seem to be confusing opening and switching. You have to open an account first. Once open you may choose to switch another to it - or not.
MSE is correct - you get the interest without the need to switch. TSB is correct - you need to take the steps they give in order to get the £1250 -
