Heard nothing back from Santander about my 5.2% account (set up online before deadline, but they wanted physical documents sent in post to verify identity) so chased them and they said they have not received the docs! Sent to exact details they asked me to.
Annoying, I expect they will not honour that rate now.

Although your tip is useful for funding the NWBS RS, noh seems to be trying to fund a Leeds BS account.
Chase don't require payee details to match, and can be a good option for funding new accounts.0
