Shame as I liked the Zopa app and they were near the top for so long.I went with Investec in the end as the others higher up the list were all limited access accounts. Took less than 10 minutes to get the account open.2

(No) I would expect at least a basic 2 factor system, but just like Tandem and Chip, they use the nominated account system so the security is outsourced to your current account. This negligence is becoming more common but it's not completely wrong.1 -
