Hi all,
I am looking for peoples experience of dealing with AviationADR and CDRL. I have had a complaint logged with them since February 2018. My complaint was filed and archived even though I requested information on four occasions via the portal. I referred this to CDRL in November and have received minimal response, not taking into account any of my original complaint or my reasoning for referral. I asked for copies of communication between the airline and AviationADR to find when I asked additional questions and clarity, these were never sent to the airline to provide a response.
Has anyone had any similar experiences with lack of communication or failing to look into a complaint properly.
