Duo direct

Hi all, a company Duo direct in the UK are selling some top range phones significantly cheaper than the major UK retailers. The phones are designed for he Asian market , I have researched the differences and it's almost identical in specs, although it's dual SIM and therefore a Exynos processor instead of Snapdragon.
The bandwidths used in UK for 3 and 4g networks seem to be supported according to independent specs of this model, however I'd love some feedback from real customers.
Have I fooled myself, or is this an opportunity to get a great deal?

I have contacted the company, they assure me it works on all UK networks, will support future Android updates, security is on par with EU models.

Returns Policy - "we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items which have been opened or any seals broken" - this simply breaches the Consumer Rights Act, distance selling part of it.

That Wenlock Road address is a residential block as well.
