HP announced today a set of changes to its Instant Ink plans that will take effect on 1 April 2019.
- Rollover page counts will double (implying that pages will rollover across more than one month).
- A new hefty 700 pages per month level is introduced at £17.99 per month.
- The cost of additional page packs will remain at £1. The quantity of pages will tweaked depending on the original membership level.
- Membership prices remain the same.

can anyone see any negatives to these changes as doubling the rollover pages whilst not increasing prices seems too good to be true?
do many people go over their limits and need additional pages?"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0 -
It's only the additional page packs that are really changing to reduce VFM.
- The free plan had 10 pages for £1 (don't know if this will change)
- £1.99 plan had 15 pages for £1, now 10
- £3.49 plan had 20 pages for £1, now 15
- £7.99 plan had 25 pages for £1, now 20
- new £17.99 has 20 additional pages for £1
One unanswered question is whether free months can use the new 700 page membership level.0 -

The "had" numbers are what have applied up to now. The "now" numbers are what will apply going forward. The numbers above are correct, according to the email I have from HP.
Here's the original:-0 -

1.99 is the best plan....you get 50 pages plus 100 rollover , plus very economical charge for additional pages if used at all, plus you can keep referring friends and you will get free months every now and then. Whenever someone enrolls and I know I have a free month at hand I change to a higher plan, print all my planned workloads and then change to the lower plan just before I am about to run out of free months. There is a login you can create on HP Instant Ink site and it also has a mobile app where you can keep track of not only your plan, billing cycles but also, due date, remaining pages, remaining rollovers, any additional pages used, ink refill status, shipping sttaus etc

Please use above link or code (hs87t) to enroll for HP Instant Ink to get 1 free month of free instant ink.

No, no, no. It's only the best plan if it suits YOU, the individual.
I haven't printed for 7 weeks, so therefor my free plan is best for ME.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
