Problems changing Iphone se screen

I have just removed my cracked screen from my phone which still worked but was getting very jagged edges and I tried to replace it with another SE screen which i had on my other sE which is locked and no use,,The problem is that now i can't seem to get a display from either of them.
I removed and replaced all cables as carefully as possible and as far as i can tell neither of them are damaged.
Is there anything any can point me towards that will help me get this sorted as it is very frustrating for me now as I no longer have a phone that i can use.
I hope someone can help me and I thank anyone that can in advance.
2Thanks

Replacing the screen on any phone is not simple and an iPhone SE is really fiddly. Sounds like you have perhaps not got some of the connectors securely fastened. But it could also be that there is damage to the cables, they are so delicate. The link below shows you how it is done, but without the correct tools and experience it would be a struggle.

It’s not easy, did you also disconnect the battery before disconnecting the screen ribbons? It’s vital you do as damage can be done by disconnecting the screen while there is still power present.
If you get it working you also need to transfer the original home button to the new screen or you lose TouchID.
If you don’t have any experience I would have suggested taking the two phones to a repair shop and paid them to swap the screen over, though probably too late now that you’ve tried to do it yourself.
By the way, a decent quality new screen (from somewhere like Replacebase) is only around £20 and only needs the old Home button transferred over if you have damaged the screen you’re trying to use.====0
