I’m really panicking about this now. I might just pay it. I feel like there is so much risk involved. I have read through 20+ posts and still just as confused about the process as when I originally posted. Just want this stress to go away0

What 'risk' are you talking about now?
Surely post #12 removed the risk of a CCJ, didn't it?
Even if you lose the court case you are unlikely to be paying as much as BWL are currently asking for?
