Can you provide evidence of this fact; the Judge might like to see it:

Coupon mad I have sorted out the spelling error but can not find the “could of”?

As for evidence for not working in the area on that day unfortunately I do not, would it best to leave that out as I can’t back it up?

20 needs altering to state the the judge,s order stated "It is ordered blah blah", so the new judge knows they are reading another judges strike out

Just to add i phoned the courts today and judge giddins has consolidated both claims together which is good news, there was also a note to say BW legal has asked for one claim to be struck out and the judge refused this to happen, i have to phone back tomorrow to find out more information.

Oh I assume you mean BW Legal tried to get your defence struck out and failed!

I am not sure what they are talking about as they were just about to close the person i spoke to on the phone was not in the correct department so said call back tomorrow. His words were the claimant has asked for the claim to be struck out and the judge refused this.

I received a letter from bw again last week giving me till the 22nd July for another reduced payment of £150 this time, the previous letter was a reduced payment for £180, obviously i have ignored these as i will be attending court and going the whole way.
