 You hsould have your costs schedule done now
 Your NORMAL costs - half days looss f pay OR loss of leave - bring proof. Capped at £95. Mileage and parking
 THEN
 Unreasonable costs - list your reasons why theyve been unreasonable, bullet point - and so pursuant to CPR27.14(2)(g) you would like the court to grant you additional costs as follows:
 - time spend writing the defence.. for claims x and y
 etc
 You then list this all at £19 per hour.0

            Moving forward again I have been to the court today and now both claims have been thrown out due to the first one being asked to be dismissed by the claimant, also because of this I am not able to recover my costs due to this. On the bright side at least both of these are now over.0
