Bump. Would anyone be kind enough to have a read of my defence to see if it looks good enough to beat this cowboys.....would like to get this signed and sent asap. This will also be my defence papers for the second court claim as they are identical so if this fails the second will more then likely fail too.

Your point 12 slips into the First Person, otherwise it looks as good as I have seen on here - bearing in mind I am not a lawyer and write only from experience gained by reading other posts and defences. Provided it has covered all the points in the POC ........... oh it can't, you didn't receive any!

It also has had the seal of approval from Coupon-mad in post # 13.

I really am surprised to see you asking that.

Have another read of point 8 in the list in post #28 above and all should be clear.

So one of the claims has now been transferred to my local court I take it as this is happening court will be going ahead?

What should I do now or prepare for in court?

The other claim there has been a sanction order placed which expired on the 28th May so I take it this has now been now thrown out of court if they did not respond to this?
