I dunno what’s going on with the link. When I look on my phone it says £500, but yesterday all day it said around £850 for both colours. It still shows as £500 on the link formme this morning...

£500 black for me and £859.99 grey when i click that link.

I think i may order 1 of eack colour.
  • Hi can i please get some advice on where i stand here. About a month ago i bought an item online, paid for it,received a confirmation email. Then details of delivery status..tracking number, edt etc. When i checked it said it was dispatched and showing delivery date.. I have been waiting since then.. When i contacted them as it hadnt arrived yet they said there was a problem with the logistics they were trying to remedy. Again i waited for another week or so for the update.. This morning i received an email telling me there was a mistake on the pricing and they were cancelling the order.. Surely this can be right, can they do this? Im so disappointed Thank you for any input.. Geraldine :)

If they've made an error, they are allowed to correct it, yes.  Who is the retailer and what do the terms of the order say about when the contract is formed?  What did you pay and was it much less than you'd expect to pay?  if the difference is minimal it's probably not worth pursuing.
  • Hiya the retailer was Super Mall on the ManoMano site.. They never told me what the actual price was, just that they couldnt send it as they would lose too much? It was a Gazebo advertised  £39 in the sale.  G
  • The Gazebo is now advertised at £129.27. I cant find anything in regards to this situation in their t&cs.. Thanks

Mano Mano is a French company as i understand .
Likewise Super Mall may be a non UK retailer , difficult to tell from bare information .

    Article 5 - Order process

    9. The sales contract is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller at the time the Seller sends the Order confirmation e-mail.
Per the above it would seem that you had a valid contract. As such their failure to deliver is a breach of contract and it would seem you have suffered a Loss of Bargain. You could source the exact same item elsewhere and then sue them for the difference in cost.

Or you could take the pragmatic view, take the refund and vow never to use them again.
