It all depends on exactly which rower the OP ordered.
All they have stated is that it's a "concept 2" and it could be this one:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Concept-Model-Indoor-Rower-Monitor/dp/B00NH9WEUA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1550519256&sr=8-3&keywords=concept%2B2%2Browing&th=1
that is selling for £500 with free delivery.0 -

The thing is if I ordered an item at a standard price, and it was cancelled, I’d just order another one from someone else. I wouldn’t feel the need to ask about my rights and do they have to honour the order etc etc.
When people are determined to have an order go through and the retailer isn’t, there’s usually something more to it...0 -

That could well explain the price mix up.0 -
OK so the above is the item I ordered at the price I ordered it, from the same supplier. Should I order it again at the discounted price? Or do you think there is something suspicious about a seller dropping 360£ off retail cancelling all Its orders then readvertising it the same day?0

Order it from somewhere else. They clearly aren't going to supply it.0 -

Read the reviews! Nobody has got anything they ordered. Look at the other items they have for sale - 70% off £1500 cameras, half price top end laptops. Be thankful Amazon were involved and your money was refunded. And for heaven's sake don't go and buy a similar bargain via eBay, Facebook ads or Gumtree unless you want to be back here in a couple of weeks finding out how to issue a claim in the Small Claims Court against "Dave" whose full name and address you don't know.0 -
Yep. That or some far-east trader website. “But they have a .co.uk web address!”0

I wouldn't buy a lucky bag from them.0

I dunno what’s going on with the link. When I look on my phone it says £500, but yesterday all day it said around £850 for both colours. It still shows as £500 on the link formme this morning...0
