I've seen very few Evoque convertibles on the road - 5 doors seem to be most common. The fact that it comes in a 2WD variant also tells you much about the target market.
Agree the brand is NOT recognised for reliability. And dealers also not too well known for good customer service.
If the faults are persistent, then you could start the procedure to reject...if you have legal cover on your home insurance, that may be worth a try for some support.
Try a friendly approach and ask for an appointment to meet the director of the dealership, maybe they would actually try to reinstate some good faith.
