Thanks I've done this, and I did find a snippet about Chaplair v Kumari. But mostly it's just coming up on post from you and others advisors telling us amateurs to go search these cases for ourselves. I feel like I'm going around in circles!

Of course it will be, in the latest results, read earlier ones in the list.

    Never mind about Kumari.

Well, needless to say I lost. The Judge was great though. I didn't have to pay the added £60 or the representatives fees of £180 just the original £100 plus £50 for court and hearing fees plus a little interest of £16. So think it was £166 or something like that.

The judge said that he was impressed by my WS, some out of date cases/info but basically he was happy that they had complied with the IPC with wording on their NTK and that the signs we're visible enough to see upon entry to the carpark.

He was really nice to me, he could see I'd done my homework even if at times I did fluster a little. He was really reasonable and understanding. Can't have gone much better other than me winning it. Also, pretty shocked that VCS didn't give their own representative a copy of my extensive WS!!! Shocking!

Oh dear, sorry to read that, but at least he listened about the fake added costs which is the aim of us making sure people are confident on how to explain that.

VCS NTKs don't comply with the POFA. He was wrong. They can't hold a keeper liable. Nothing to do with the IPC CoP.

At least it's behind you and you cost them more than you will pay!
