Thanks for your advice but I feel it's too late to take all this out now, I have a baby to look after. Plus I was told that it helps my case. I has to be in by Tuesday and time to print it out is limited as I don't have a printer. 😑0

I think it's the way it's copied onto Notepad, it's fine on the print out.
Got to post it today so it is what it is now I hope it's enough! 😬0 -
Court tomorrow!!!!!
Trying to read up anything that might help me tomorrow. I will be spending as much time as I can today reading through my WS and also there's to try understand it all better.
Any last minute help or advice on what questions I might be asked would be gratefully appreciated!
Thanks!0 -
Hope you have done your costs schedule and skeleton argument and got evidence of wages etc like payslips and bank statements ?0

Not got skeleton argument together yet, not sure about that. No need for cost as I only work 2 days a week Thursday and Friday's luckily partner is able to take the afternoon off and work from home to look after baby. How much do I charge for petrol? I'll just be happy if I win tbh0

I don't understand all the legal stuff I'm worried I won't be able to defend myself. I'm very nervous and likely to crumble!0

Mileage and parking, if you win
The judge knows you are nervous and are an amateur defending yourself so will understand, answer truthfully and try to not be evasive, be polite, think of it as like a job interview, either you owe money , or you don't, that's what a judge is deciding, plus how much
It's not like a criminal offence which could carry jail time, nor is it like a speeding case at magistrates court, so know your arguments
You as RK are not liable due to VCS failing pofa
If you were found to be liable their costs and charges are an abuse of process and you object to them as they can only claim any signage fee plus court fees0
