Where to go in April - warm

Comments

  • Canaries is your best bet. Flying there in a couple of weeks, also on BA avios. Weather should be good- around 23 degrees. April will be a few degrees warmer.

I’ve been to Majorca in late April and the weather was lovely, but we just got lucky with the particular week we were there, as it was cold and raining the week previously.

Went to Nice in October. Glorious weather.i imagne it would be hit and miss in April though.

Probably not the most popular destination to think of but Morocco may be suitable. We had a week in Marrakesh late March last year and was really surprised how good the weather was.

Malta - plenty to see & do, if want to venture away from pool and very accessible. Plus, as already suggested, Morocco.
  • Also Fuertaventura.

The BA website doesn’t show direct flights from London to Fueraventura, in April at least.

Malta is trying to fit a pint into a half pint glass.....too much construction, too much traffic, too many road works, too many disruptive school and sports groups in many of the hotels.

    Th pastizzi are nice though.

We've been to the Algarve in April twice, Tenerife once.

    Hated Tenerife.

Stunning....was in Funchal for a day a couple of months ago on a Cruise. Very attractive place, on our Bucket List for the future.
