I think it's time to give all the kind helpful posters some back ground of what we are up against.

No one will accept any responsibility and we have just been given the run around and passed from pillar to post or ignored.

Now it's no fone calls, Email or tracked snail mail only.

The quality of work, which at first we did not realise was so bad, has become an important safety problem, besides the lack of heat compared to what we had before.

All posters posts and advice is greatly appreciated and is a great help and have been, or are being followed up.

We were given very little paper work, and obtaining it is a nightmare. We were too trusting right from the start.

At the moment we don't know, who paid what, to who, for what, or how, or when, and finding out needs persistence. Please DoaM, and every one, maybe understand what we have come up against.

We are now also using the FOIA 2000, the ROA provisions, DPA and SAR and many other avenues. Each request, has to comply with the acts, or is rejected and takes up to 4 weeks to get a reply.

We went from 4 pre HHR to 2 HHR and 2 power heaters in hours, hence the botch job. More botch found every day.:eek:

Trying not to rant, but we will have a warm home again.
