Poppy, I'm so sorry you have had such a rough time. Chemo can be so debilitating. Dad had good quality of life for about 18 months after he decided to stop treatment. Please post if you feel able.

SO, I agree with everyone else, you have a perfect right to your feelings, please feel able to vent them here.

Steve is still improving slowly. The Dr yesterday seemed fairly sure that the next chemo will go ahead tomorrow, on the basis that it's better to treat the cancer asap.

You're a special lady poppy, much love to you.

SO, I would just call round some time when you know they are in - will their cars be in the drive?

Not a bad day here but there are a few sharp showers every now and again. The washing is on the pulley, I'm all cleared up from last nights dinner (we had a disaster with a lava cake) and I'm knitting and watching TV. Just watched all 3 episodes of The Long Song and really enjoyed it.

    Happy Sunday. Take care. XX

I burnt all my yummy sausages! Just got distracted with scanning in all the paperwork I'd cleared out of one of the drawers. Despite the very crispy skins and mostly dried out interiors I will still eat them. A pile of veggies will disguise the taste.

I've also scanned in a pile of photographs so all that will be burnt just as soon as the weather allows. In an old video camera I found a recording of DM from August 2015 when I flew across to Oz for the surprise birthday party. She looks so well though it has been almost four years since then.

Now I must marshall up the unwanted papers and photos into a bag. Haven't tackled the pens yet, think I have separation issues.:rotfl::rotfl:

    Poppy......love and kind thoughts.

SO........I would be spitting tacks.....think the only thing you can do is call out of the blue and see what happens......could you also remind your son that they are guilty of child abuse??
