buy a new sky hub (broadband router)

Hi my 8 year old sky router is dying... want to buy a new one

Fine with the £69 + delivery quoted by sky but cannt for the life of me figure out how to order the darn thing

Sky website is one of the worst I've ever been on to navigate and they make it very difficult to find a number to phone... no live chat either

I've even downloaded the app to my phone but can't figure out how to order equipment

Am i just being thick

All I want to do is give them more of my money and they don't seem interested

Currently on hold to their general phone line... have been for 20minutes

Update : got through on phone

In case anyone interested i was paying 17.50 a month for the basic broadband unlimited and line rental (No tv packages and don't use phone )

I've been a sky customer for 13 years so they gave me a 'loyalty' upgrade to sky fibre unlimited at 17 a month . Min 18month contract , router for free

Seemed a no brainer to me so accepted


Maybe other people's routers are on the blink ?

Don't know if you got it sorted yet, but no your not being thick, it is not a very helpful site.

You can talk or online chat by going to your link you posted. Once opened you see a telephone handset icon next to the sign in link. Click on the handset icon and you get a Chat icon, which you click on to open a chat window. There's also a telephone number provided for you to call.

thats not a bad deal for fibre mate! By the way you can get sky hubs for a few quid. Plenty of people selling them on ebay.
