John Lewis major fail

My personal data was compromised through John Lewis and they arent taking any notice whatsoever in investigating. This happened in December 2018 and after alot of empty promises they are still unable to lift up a phone to discuss this with me. I have dealt with at least ten different people none of which seem to have a clue as to whats happening. The police and bank were all notified as was JL.

I have asked them to stop apologising as it doesnt mean anything. Nevertheless, they are promising the earth but delivering nothing.

To say they are inept is an understatement.

Whats happened to John Lewis these days when they constantly announce to take great pride in customer services but actually dont in reality give a monkeys...
