Coupon-mad in your information about a SAR you say that "any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims". But the "Claim Form" from Northampton is only for the first occasion. Does that mean that they lose the right to pursue the others? (have a feeling that this is a wishful thinking question)0

So, the SAR from the advice so far (my god you guys are great)
We email it to info@green-parking.co.uk
In the subject headline we put SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST RE VRN XXX XXXX

Dear Sir or Madam
Subject access request ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) )
(name, address, vehicle registration number.]
Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself. This should include:
- ALL photos taken
- all letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier
- all data held, all evidence you will rely on, and a full copy of each PCN and Notice To Keeper
- A list of all PCNs you consider are outstanding against me and/or this VRN,
I would remind you that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims.
If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible. It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to respond to a request for data within one calendar month.
If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member. If you need advice on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner’s Office can assist you. Its website is ico.org.uk or it can be contacted on 0303 123 1113.

No. Sadly not.
But she could write in the second defence (when the bigger one gets to claim stage) that the Judge orders that it be STAYED, until the outcome of claim xxxxxxx (the first one) is known, since the matters turn on exact duplicate facts.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Add this sort of wording:She should also stress that there is more than one PCN (do not list them - make them do that) and she wants the DPO to list all of them, with photos for each & every one, and letters/PCN for each & every one, AND proof of their procedure used for, and dates of, each & every application using the KADOE to get her DVLA data for each & every PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Buying a ticket was just an EXAMPLE of how to defend the points raised in the POC. The POC has not been shared yet.0 -
ShedHeadgirl wrote: »Out of interest, the parking-prankster blog says that Beavis doesnt apply to residential parking, but every one of the parking letters refers to Beavis. Is there anything to be made of this?
Of course, milk it for all it is worth, Beavis has nothing to do with residential parking.
Beavis concerned an overstay in a shopping complex. There was two hour free parking, with non facility to purchase extra time. The PPC paid the landowner £1000 a week to farm the car park. Scamming motorists was the only source of income. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
ShedHeadgirl wrote: »The Deep, thank you also. Scrap initial letter obviously, I realise now it is no good. Will repost with something more sensible in a day or two, and I'll post up the lease wording when I can get it.
Beamerguy, we are downloading form V888 to check re access to data, thanks for this idea also
The DVLA will provide the info FREE. You email, they reply by post.
You are not asking for info about someone else which they do charge for, you asking about a paricular VRN and how many times the PPC requested info.
RE THE BEAVIS CASE.
BEAVIS v PARKING EYE in the Supreme Court
Often, these powerless debt collectors make reference
to the Parking Eye/Supreme court case ? They seem to
think that this is the key for them to extort money from
you.
Barry Beavis took Parking Eye to court because he claimed
the charges were unfair. The court said they were ... and
that was it. So unless you are claiming that the charge
was unfair, the Supreme court decision has no bearing
on you and it's yet more rubbish that debt crawlers use0 -
ShedHeadgirl, what is the Issue Date printed on the Claim Form?0
-
12 Feb 2019 is the date on the "Claim Form". It arrived yesterday.0

ShedHeadgirl wrote: »Ok, that was the advice from DVLA on how to request the information and a fee was mentioned, but thanks, we'll trying emailing
Re Beavis, noted!
You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.

This service is free of charge.
Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
