I'll check back through the text, but any links that appear are a direct copy from the templates taken from the Newbie section.
Of course you are free to follow or not the guidance given - your choice - but the point being made is that you really want to make it easy for the assessor to follow 'your story' and come to the conclusion that you want them to come to.

Have you seen some of the example PoPLA appeals linked from post #3 of the NEWBIES thread?

There is (at least) one fully illustrated dropbox file there that is worthy of more than a passing glance.

You're told to put the photos within the body of the appeal, not at the end

The lease ins are there in the templates because that's the easiest way to run the template.

From memory, I've not gone back to your Dropbox file, you've put a link in your appeal to the ParkingEye sign for the Beavis case, you need to embed the photo of the sign in the text of the appeal, not an internet link. And there ar 5 other links in other parts of the appeal.

I wasn't necessarily talking about embedding the photos you've put in at the end, but if they link to a specific appeal point, embed it there.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

On receipt of the NTK I appealed
Twice you've mentioned a NTK, but at the start you said it was a windscreen PCN.

Can you clarify 100% that you mean you definitely got a 'NTK' (a postal notice received a month later) and not just a windscreen NTD? I advised earlier:
Did you get a Notice to Keeper in the post? If not, then time your POPLA appeal to get towards or past day 56, as long as the POPLA code is still in date (lasts 32 days max).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
