PIP decision need advice

Hi Guys,
I got my decision today i was on DLA low rate mobility then applied to PIP.
I have Autism spectrum disorder and long term depression anxiety and panic attacks. I am on 3 different antidepressant tablets.
My PIP Decision:
I got 10 points for care and awarded standard daily living rate and 0 points for mobility.
The report came with the letter is bunch of lies i clearly told them i cant plane journey or go out alone due to my anxiety and panic attacks but report says i can plan and follow journey.
I clearly said i cant stand more than 15 minutes due to severe shoulder blade pain and i cant walk more than 50 meters as i get out of breath so i have to stop but assessor says physical examination shows i have no problem at all.
I can not prepare food for myself as my friend prepare for me but report says during physical examination i have normal power so i can prepare food.
The assessor says i coped well in the examination room so i can plan and manage journeys.
Basically whole report they made on assumptions and related to my physical examination.
Please advice needed what shall i do next.
Thank you

There is no low rate award for PIP, so it may be that if you only qualified for low rate DLA for mobility you may not have mobility needs sufficient for PIP.
How did you get to the assessment? You have a recent post about driving and a breakdown, do you drive your own car?0 -
If you want to challenge then you need to do a mandatory reconsideration

It might be worth getting help from CAB/Advice centre with it0 -

As someone posted, you now have to submit a mandatory reconsideration request explaining what you disagree with. This has to reach the DWP one month from the date you received it if today then 13/3/2019 your local CAB can assist you with this. Once received a different decision maker looks at your claim again, they can change the decision or agree with it. If they disagree your benefit will be paid, if not they issue you with a letter stating their decision has not been changed advising you have the right to appeal. Again you have one month from the date you receive this to lodge an appeal. There is no time limit for the DWP to consider your mandatory reconsideration request, this can take several months. I would advise you contact your local CAB/Rights Office for assistance as they can represent you if it goes to appeal. If it goes to appeal and the tribunal allows the appeal then payment will be backdated to the date benefit ceased. Are you in receipt of ESA in the Support Group? If you are then the mobility criteria used to determine ESA is equal to the standard rate of PIP mobility ie, can walk more than 20 meters but no more than 50 meters. Good luck0

It's one month from the date on the decision letter not one month from the date you receive it.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
You are welcome, good luck with it all0

Sorry that is what I meant one month from the decision date...0
