Gymshark Lost Returned Item, refusing refund

Hi Guys,

I was hoping for your advice..... a couple of months ago, I sent 3 orders back to Gymshark for a refund.

I packaged them all together and attached a copy of the return paperwork to each item, however only used one order number for the return.

Gymshark utilise Rebound / Doodle for their returns and so as soon as the package was received, they immediately refunded the order which I used for the return. I was advised that once the package was returned to their warehouse, their returns team would process the other two orders for return.

The issue I now have is that they have refunded one of the orders (which suggests they have now received and processed the package), however the second remains outstanding, which they have clearly lost.

Customer Services have advised that they have no record of this return on their system and so wont offer me a refund, so I am no out of pocket as I have neither the item or the refund.

Although I can see it from their perspective in that they cant refund items that they have no record of receiving, on the otherhand I know that I havent received a refund as they have lost the returned item / not processed it correctly.

I just wondered if anyone had any words of advice to push them for a refund, or whether I just need to accept the loss?

Thanks

Dave

Should you not have 3 separate order numbers? If you only gave them 1 order number then when they put that into the system it would have told them what to refund you.

Who ever processed it would have thought it all the same order number, hence no acknowledgement of the other 2.

I think OP is saying they processed (manually) 1 of the 2 other order references when receiving the package. (The refund for the 3rd reference was applied immediately as this was the number on the package when first scanned at Rebound/Doodle). It's the other order reference (in the package) that's been overlooked. Or to make it clearer:

Order 1 = On outside of package; scanned by Rebound/Doodle and refund received
Order 2 = Inside package; scanned by Gymshark and refund received
Order 3 = Inside package but overlooked; no refund received.

The OP doesn't mention the third package.

    First recorded
    second not recorded
    third?

It depends on how you read the OP ... on reading again I agree that it's ambiguous. Below was how I interpreted it:
