It has never been "compelling".
I have honestly never fully read even one of your posts on that thread, but do carry on believing otherwise!
Not compelling.
Yet you are repeatedly posting on this thread to talk about it.
Your actions speak louder than your words.0 -

THIS thread, not the actual thread in question.
I was unceremoniously ejected (by hostile posts) from the actual thread on page one of that now ten page thread.
I'm posting here to vent about that thread.
That's very much allowed on this part of the forum.0 -

I think everyone finds it compelling - but only for how bizarre it is that you keep posting more and more details ..Paul_Varjak wrote: »I can assure you that your view would be different if you were an affected client of De Vita Platt or one of the associated companies that they set-up or worked with - one of which is still active and now headed by just one director who is a convicted cocaine dealer. Would you want your will written by this company and then have your estate managed by an associated company that is also headed by the same cocaine dealer after your death? Be honest again please!
I agree , anybody affected by this would be interested.
But look at it this way , there is a little story in my local paper this week about a builder who went bust leaving some lady with no roof on their house.
Would you think it normal if i posted about this, but then kept coming back every day with more and more posts with updates about the story .. How cold the person was that night, where the guy had been spotted .. If he was having a pint in the pub the next night, how many sugars his team had in their tea, if the lady had written an LBA, what the neighbours thought etc etc etc ??
Would you think that was a bit strange ? Be honest please0 -
I think everyone finds it compellinganybody affected by this would be interested.
I'm actually surprised the thread hasn't been closed by MSE Admin. The large number of posts they have had to edit to remove personal details etc indicates, to me at least, that it will be now considered a drain on their resources.0 -

Might be interested, but hardly likely to remain so for very long. Several updates a day, plus a few congratulatory posts, would prove tiresome even for those most directly involved.

I don't find it compelling. I just find it very odd, very, very odd.
To me the thread could have been a slim slither of interest to a very small party and that may have been ok. But the OP has posted replies to himself, himself and to himself (and the odd newbie that thanks him and despite being new has the grace to thank him by name...).... and then those replies have mostly been quotes or links. Why on earth is that of any interest to anyone? Does google not exist for anyone other than the OP?
The only compelling thing in the whole situation is how the OP can still access the site.
His posts serve nothing other than his ego.0 -
Please don't quote the OP of that other thread, many of us have him on ignore for good reason.0

Ah, it's good to be back here on MSE. I have missed a lot whilst I've been away!0
