Old T-Mobile pay monthly sim - When to request PAC code?

Hi there,

I have an old T-Mobile SIM that's been on a rolling monthly contract since 2014.

The billing period is 13th of the month to the 12th. Anyone please know that if I was to ask for my PAC code today (first day of billing) and use it by the 12th of March, will I be charged an extra month?

I'm not even sure how to request my PAC code as EE are now closing T-Mobile accounts.

  • Start by asking T-Mobile to issue you with a PAC Code. You can get a PAC Code from T-Mobile by calling 150 on your T-Mobile handset. It is free and T-Mobile (EE) have to supply it.

You will only pay for any service you use and EE will send a final bill which will return any credit due after you have moved away.

Remember a PAC is only valid for 30 days.If you don't use it within that time, you will need to ask for another one.
