    Colour being obvious or not, you said its black and it isnt thats a good enough reason for a return, which you will have to pay for.
    You need to be careful with little things like that.

    I would have left blocking the bidder until fairly late in the listing. Block them early and they could create a new account or get someone else to bid. Leaving it late gives them less time to arrange that.

    Have you set your buyers prefs to block those with no credit card on file etc?
