My success selling online

What you :rolleyes:I mean they need to do is maybe offer say 3 months "FREE" to get the numbers up.Then you
I mean they could justify charging £79 to advertise a house for sale.:p

I don't know this for sure, but I think they only started operating in April/May as they weren't around when I thought about selling online the first time. I asume they are trying to build up a portfolio of properties by offering what seems to be a £100 service for £79. As my buyer found me via the channel 4 website the number of properties on their site didn't really matter to me!
Still wondering if anyone else has had any luck selling online or if anyone has any questions about it, id be happy to answer.0 -
I have a question -
Wouldnt it be cheaper and easier to knock up your own description and pictures on a free web hosting service then flood forums with your property for sale?
....not unlike certain nameless companies, but with the added advantage that you dont pay a fee.0 -
It's mainly about exposure, sites like the ones mentioned here will advertise on ur behalf on loads of websites including all the popular ones that buyers go to. Don't think ud get much interest from just this forum. For £75 to £100 you do get a lot of advertising, which is nothing if u do sell your house.0
