Curve card - refund processing times?

I've had no issues getting plenty refunds to Curve. I recommend it.

I have just been using Curve for a few weeks. I had one item refunded and it took 6 days to appear as a refund on my Curve account and then was back in to my bank account a day after. It all happened automatically so yes refunds do take a little longer when using Curve.

Glad it went ok for you. I waited 4 weeks for the refund and finally I was done waiting any longer, so I contacted them via app. There were not able to find the refund and were adamant that the retailer did not initiate it at all. After getting a written confirmation from the retailer they failed to find it anyway. In the end I got my money back as a good will gesture. I felt awful, as it seemed they gave me something for free when in reality they got the refund, but could not find it. Hence since then I only use the card for groceries or fuel or similar when I am sure that the refund won't be needed.
