Yep. Labour have thrown her out but she still sits as an independant, still collecting her £77,000. Appeal set for 5th March
If her appeal is rejected, she can be removed as an MP if 10% of electorate sign a recall petition.0 -
I bet more than 10% sign that then...!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Haha! Oh my yes indeed. She may write back and offer to have her partner say he was driving?0 -

I still think CP Plus will cancel when they see the template and that no driver has been identified, it makes you too much like hard work!
What is ITAL pls? I can't find any reference to this (my searches come back with lots of hospITAL links instead)
So here's my final draft of the template that I'm sending in to CP Plus appeals. i removed a couple of paragraphs that I don't think are relevant - regarding payment machines and overstay minutes since it's clear that the car was parked for the recorded 12 hours and no payment was made (although we tried to make it - I guess this will come into play if/when the appeal is rejected).
Final Draft:
Re PCN number: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I dispute your 'penalty charge', as the keeper of the vehicle.
I (the keeper of the vehicle) was not the driver of the vehicle in this instance.
I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a formal complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require ALL photos taken and an explanation of the allegation and your evidence, i.e.:
You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date.
Formal note:
Should you later pursue this charge by way of litigation, note that service of any legal documents by email is expressly disallowed and you are not entitled to assume that the data in this dispute/appeal remains the current address for service in the future.
Yours faithfully,

Do you think it will affect this appeal where we have been emailing Glide (New Park Solutions) about the case and trying to pay the £15 through them, who have since forwarded that email chain to CP Plus which gives all the details in my original post including the fact that my husband was driving that day?
Would this information not give CP Plus cause to go for the driver in this case?0 -
No because presumably you didn't give his name and postal address.
Carry on as advised.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
