I have just bought one of these phones. Cracking phone for the price it is.
If your broadband is with BT they do a discounted package for mobile phone SIM cards.

A lot of value in those moto phones but. No compass? And the G7 series is just coming out as we type so there may be more options about to appear, or discounts on the existing range.

Some people don't mind about the compass. Others find it very annoying. I don't know how pokemon go feels about a compass but for the best virtual reality experience I suspect you want a phone with a gyroscope and a compass. Which would rather cut down on your choices...

i don't think compass required for pokemon go. Or I never notice I need it.
