Not at all. If the retailer makes a mistake you have no obligation to amass any more expenditure to get your money back. They can refund your card without your signature. I had similar case when a carpet company who FORGOT to deduct my deposit from my balance and asked me to drive back to the store to get a refund. I told them I will not be driving anywhere, and they will need to call whoever it is they need to call to sort my refund back to my card. Torrey called me back to say they had called the area supervisor to authorise my refund and it was sortedBit of an odd one, I'm guessing you paid in store? In that case you need to go back to the store for the refund. It was your choice to buy from that store.If I ruled the world.......0
