  • Just waiting for my switch to be reset on here now. Don't understand why pure planet came up as saving money when it's a variable tariff and Martins site even says prices will increase in April. Little lost there to be honest.

    You are confusing a variable tariff with the "Standard variable tariff". The latter is now linked to the level of the price cap which is going up in April. Other variable tariffs can be cheaper than fixed deals, but there is no certainty of how long the rates will remain at the current level. You have the choice to switch when they change and take a chance of the deal you will move to.
  • Just said variable tariff, but don't really want to change that if honest.
